1. Mr. Mahavir Bidasaria
An engineering graduate from Indore University in 1966, he underwent specialized courses on grouting from Missouri Rolla University, USA. He also completed specialized Course on instrumentation in soil & rock from the same university. He was associated with many major projects all over India for foundation treatment by drilling & grouting. He has carried out drilling & grouting on nearly 200 projects so far. He is an expert in shotcreting, anchoring, diaphragm walling, pre-stressing structures. He has many industrial building constructions to his credit. He is associated with bureau of Indian standards for preparation & revision of Indian standards on foundation treatment, drilling & grouting, diaphragm walling etc. He was president of Indian Geotechnical Society for the two terms 2007-08 and 2009-10.

2. Mr. B.S.Natarajan
A Civil Engineering graduate from Mysore University in 1958 has 35 years experience in Civil Engineering construction of dam & canals in Kanataka state, Railway projects of conversion of Gauge. Foundation treatment of major dams in M.P. Construction of coffer dams in Rajasthan state projects & pre-stress structures of Mass Rapid Transport System for Chennai Metro Project of Railways. He is an expert in planning & execution of Irrigation & Power Projects & other Civil Engineering Constructions.

3. Mr. V.K. Geed
A Civil Engineering graduate from Pune University in 1955 and retired as Engineer-in-Chief of water resources department of M.P. Govt. He has vast experience of planning of major & medium irrigation projects & their execution, construction of earthen, masonry & concrete dams, canal system concrete lining of canals, micro planning of canal systems, diaphragm walls, pre-stress aqueducts heavy R.C.C. structure buildings, curtain & consolidation grouting.

4. Prof. H.S. Mehta
He is post graduate in structural engineering & remote sensing from IIT Mumbai & was associated with sponsored project of Indian space research organization & completed the World Bank financed projects on watershed prioritization for major dam in Narmada Valley given to state of M.P. Gujarat & Maharashtra for catchment treatment plan.
He has published more than 10 papers in the area of remote sensing & structural engineering in national & international journals. He is a visiting professor in many foreign universities.

5. Mr. D.A. Kothari
He is a Civil Engineer degree holder from Gujarat University in1955. Post graduate in structural Engineering from West Germany. He has 35 years of experience in the field of construction & consultancy. He has specialization in tunnel construction, Hydel projects, power houses, prestress bridges, Quay walls, Jettyes oil refineries, Tail race tunnels, Cut & Cover structures. His field of specialization is structural engineering, construction, & project management.

6. Mrs. Nisha Bidasaria
She is a post graduate and looking after finance & personnel management since a long time. She is the Key Director in the company & is balancing finances & organizing personnel successfully.

7. Mr. S.V. Yadav
Engineering Graduate in Civil from Madhav Engineering College, Gwalior. He has nearly 17 years experience on various specialised constructions like diaphragm wall, anchoring, pre-stressing, industrial buildings, dams, roads and bridges.

8. Mr. S.K. Holkar
He is Civil engineer with high experience in drilling, grouting, shotcreting & diaphragm walling & has executed independently many such works.

9. Mr. Anupam Bidasaria
By profession a Chartered Accountant & cost accountant, he is looking after financial matters & management control over the works. He is also actively involved in specialized building construction, roadwork construction and bridge construction.
